In the process of chemical fibre spinning, multi-head spinning is mostly used in one-step process. There are multiple grooves on the spinning roller, which can effectively separate the tows of multi-head spinning and loosen, carding and weeding the feeding strips, so that the continuous strips can be separated into parallel and straight single fibers, so as to prepare for the spinning of the back-end process. Due to different production requirements, different types and batches of spinning may be produced in one day. The spinning thickness and traction force required for each kind of spinning are different, so corresponding spinning rollers are needed to match. The existing technology adopts manual disassembly and replacement of the filament roller, which greatly reduces the production efficiency.
